A lifetime study of people, encapsulated in impressions.
I’m drawn to people’s faces—each one is different and carries an ageless story to tell. I feel that people hold more importance than objects or landscapes, as they contain the life force we all share.
My recent works are not portraits, but snapshots—glimpses into a person’s persona, an exploration of character.
There are three sides to each of us: the self, the image, the perception.
The images I produce could exist anywhere in between.
I like my work to hold emotion, depth, disturbance, and humour. I seek out that beguiling ingredient—the critical component that transforms perception.
